When customers create or edit bundles, MBC Bundle Builder automatically generates unique discount codes (for example, when a shopper adds a third product to unlock a “Buy More, Save More” discount). Over time, these discount codes can accumulate on your Shopify Discounts dashboard if they’re not tied to active orders.
To keep your store tidy, you can enable automatic cleanup of unused discounts.
How to enable automatic discount cleanup
In your Shopify admin, go to MBC Bundle Builder → Settings → Discount cleanup
Check the box Faster discount cleanup. This will automatically delete unused discounts after 24 hours instead of 3 days
Save your changes.
When this option is enabled, the app will periodically delete discount codes that are not linked to any active order.
This feature lets merchants automatically delete unused discount codes after just 24 hours. This reduces the wait time from the previous 3-day minimum.
Previously, unused discount codes were retained for 7 days.
