The Display settings section brings together the options that control how your bundle builder looks and how products are listed inside it: the design editor, how many products load per page, the order products appear in, and which step opens first.
Where to find it
In your Shopify admin, go to MBC Bundle Builder → Settings → Display settings.
Customize design
Click Customize design to open the design editor, where you can adjust the look of the builder — discounts, colors, fonts, buttons, product cards, and layout — so it matches your theme.

Products per page
Sets how many products appear on each page of a step before pagination activates. The default value is 20.
Enter the number of products you want to show per page.
Save your changes.
How to choose a value:
A lower number (10–20) loads faster and works well on mobile. Recommended for steps with large collections.
A higher number (30–50) lets customers see more products without clicking through pages, but increases loading time.
Tip: If a step in your builder feels slow to load, lowering this number is usually the quickest fix.
Product sorting
Choose how products are sorted in the product list.
Open the Product sorting dropdown.
Select the sorting option you want to apply.
Save your changes.
About "Manual (collection order)":
For steps built from a collection, products follow the order you set for that collection in Shopify (Products → Collections → Sort).
For steps built from individual products, products follow the order in which they were added to the step.
The sorting option applies to all steps in all of your bundle builders.
Default active step
Choose which step opens automatically when customers access the bundle builder. The default value is 1, which opens the first step.
Enter the step number you want to open first — for example, entering 2 opens the second step by default.
Save your changes.
When this is useful:
Your first step is an introduction or information step and you want customers to land directly on product selection.
You are running a campaign around the products in a specific step and want that step visible right away.
Note: Make sure the number you enter exists in your builder. If you enter a step number higher than the number of steps you have created, the builder will fall back to the first step.
Good to know
All display settings apply to your bundle builders store-wide.
Changes are visible on the storefront as soon as you save. Refresh the page if you don't see them immediately.
